*Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as AR Callers. The candidate will be responsible for handling medical billing processes, following up on insurance claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement.
*Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and follow-ups
Analyze and resolve unpaid or denied claims
Work on AR (Accounts Receivable) to ensure maximum revenue collection
Maintain accurate records of all communications and updates
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
*Eligibility Criteria:
Any graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to work in night shifts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of medical billing or revenue cycle management
Familiarity with healthcare terminology
