Adapt charge entry procedures as necessary to reflect changes in billing laws and specifications unique to the healthcare systems in the US and Canada.
To guarantee accuracy and adherence to external regulations as well as internal norms, conduct routine audits of billing entries.
In order to reduce rejects and denials, collaborate closely with the revenue cycle management team to assist in resolving billing and coding inconsistencies.
