Responsibilities
Investigate, gather information, put together paperwork and supporting evidence, keep precise and thorough notes, and make sure that client reports are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Assures fast and correct transaction completion to meet or surpass client SLAs
- Recognize and address routine and irregular issues, or report them to the unit head, line manager, or team leader.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality while handling data they obtain while performing their duties.
- Solves task-related issues using proven methods and tools.
