Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production activities on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain production schedules, and achieve quality and efficiency targets. The Production Supervisor will lead and motivate the production team, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are met.

Monitor workflow, production schedules, and resource utilization.

Lead, train, and motivate production team members to maintain high performance.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Identify bottlenecks or production issues and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize processes.

Location: Chennai

Qualification: B.E, B.Tech

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Salary: Above 23k per month
