Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Medical Billing Executives to join our Healthcare BPO team. This is a non-voice, backend process role involving the accurate processing of medical claims, charge entries, payment posting, and insurance verification for US healthcare clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good typing accuracy, and a willingness to work in a night shift (US shift) environment. Training will be provided for freshers.

This role is critical in supporting the revenue cycle management of healthcare providers by ensuring timely and accurate billing processes. Candidates will work in a professional backend operations setup with clear productivity targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process medical claims and billing records

Verify patient information, insurance details, and coding accuracy

Handle denial management and claim follow-ups

Maintain billing records with high accuracy

Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

Work according to US shift timings

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of medical billing and healthcare process (training will be provided)

Good typing speed and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in night shifts (US process)

Good written and average English skills
