Hiring on Head of Accounts and Finance
Location: chennai
Education: Bcom, MBA Finance,
Responsibilities and Duties:
1 API, APE, APA, and AP Credit Note Invoices accounting on daily basis
2 Payment made to creditors & others
3 AR (DSO) Reduction (Receivable, Payable, Collection)
4 Prepare of AR Invoice, Service Invoice, and AR credit Note, E invoice (Online) and E waybill (Online) on daily basis
5 Inventory Management (Stock (Slow / Fast / Non Moving, E&O -Provisions Monthly
6 Prepare Funds Position on daily basis
7 Profit & Loss (OP Monthly monitoring and, Improvement plan reports)
8 Maintaining of Cash Book and Cash Payments
Location: Chennai
Salary: based on exp its negotiable
