Your Impact:
To create precise parts in accordance with specifications, you will be in charge of configuring, modifying, and debugging Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. This crucial function guarantees that machines are operationally efficient, ready for production, and consistently generate high-quality components. The ideal applicant will be very skilled in interpreting blueprints, have a solid technical understanding of CNC machining, and be dedicated to safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and modify work holding devices, tools, and attachments to prepare CNC machines for production runs.
In the machine controller, load and validate CNC programs.
Investigate and fix setting-related problems, such as chatter, tool wear, finish concerns, or inaccurate dimensions.
Keep quality logs and record inspection results.
Accurately fill up production and quality logs.
Make sure the workspace is neat and orderly.
Make sure personal protective equipment is used appropriately.

What you Need:
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for machine setting and operational issues.
Ability to work independently and make quick, accurate decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
