Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 2 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Set up and prepare CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers) for production runs.
Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices.
Load and unload raw materials onto the machines
Load and verify CNC programs on the machine control unit.
Make necessary adjustments to program parameters to ensure optimal machining performance
Skills:
Strong experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Basic understanding of machining processes and tooling
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
