If I can learn english, you can as well.

About 15 years ago, I was where you are. I thought I would never be able to speak English as well as I do now. Then I developed my own unique way of learning English, by slowly translating word by word, sentence by sentence into English. Though it was difficult at times, I did not give up. In this way, I learnt English so well, I could translate the world famous book ‘A Brief History of Time’ into Tamil. It was very well received by the media. Newspapers like The Hindu and Dinamani and magazines like Kumudam and Ananda Vikatan praised my work. I believe that, by sharing with you my unique way of learning English, I will be able to help you learn English well.

Normally, the English training is offered more like fast food, by feeding students with tailor made sentences. This way, you may learn a few sentences in English, but you don’t master the language. Faced with a new situation, you won’t know what to speak. I will help you learn English grammar in a way, you will be able to translate any Tamil sentence into English. This way, you will come to understand English through your mother tongue Tamil. And finally you will be well trained in both forms, Spoken and Written English.

I can’t promise such quick fixes. Those who come to me learn from me should come to me like they would go to a college to study a course. They should at least study for 2-3 hours every day. If you are ready for this, I am ready to teach you spoken and written English.

I teach only one student at a time and hence I will be able to give complete attention. You can also clarify your doubts without any hesitation. You don’t have to worry that you have studied in Tamil Medium. In the way that I teach, it is better if you have studied in Tamil Medium.
