Job Description
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through interviewing and onboarding. This role involves developing and implementing employee policies and procedures, addressing employee relations issues, and conducting investigations as needed. Oversight of the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records is crucial, along with ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Administering employee benefits and leave programs, coordinating and conducting training and development programs, and participating in performance management processes are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, handling employee grievances, and providing necessary support.
