Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
and fit.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
