Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities
Create and put into action efficient hiring practices to draw in eligible applicants.
Find applicants using a variety of platforms, such as professional networking, social media, job boards, and employee recommendations.
Sort applications and resumes to find eligible applicants.
Arrange and carry out interviews with the individuals who made the short list.
Examine the qualifications, background, and cultural fit of the individual.

Skills:
strong background in the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and choosing candidates.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
the capacity to connect with candidates and earn their trust.
Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.
