Job description

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Females only)

:
Capability to recruit in bulk numbers within a short span of time.
Sourcing potential candidates through job fairs, job portals, on-campus/off-campus drives, etc.
Ability to screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Interview candidates (Telephonic/In-person).
Ability to review applicants' documents and conduct background checks.

Eligibility
Female candidates only.
MBA(HR) / Any graduates / PG Diploma in HR.
Proven experience as a HR Recruiter (1-3 yrs).
Exposure to BPO/ITES recruitments would be an added advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to speak in any other regional language will be an added advantage.
