Responsibilities:
Examine current manufacturing procedures to find areas where quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency can be increased.
Create and put into place efficient material handling systems, workflows, and production layouts.
Work together with cross-functional teams (such as quality, maintenance, and production) to address production problems and put solutions into place.
Engage in the creation and application of continuous improvement programs (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) and lean manufacturing concepts.
Keep abreast of the most recent advancements in manufacturing technology and industry best practices.
Educate production staff on new machinery and procedures.

Qualification:
familiarity with root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and process mapping.
understanding of data-driven decision-making and statistical analysis.
the capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group.
mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education: Diploma/Be in Automobile
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
