Responsibilities
During the designated shift, assume full responsibility for the manufacturing line and all related tasks.
Throughout the shift, lead, inspire, and mentor a group of operators, technicians, and production supervisors.
Find, report, and start corrective action as soon as possible for any non-conformances, flaws, or departures from quality standards.
Throughout the shift, promote a culture that prioritises safety.
All events, close calls, and safety observations should be reported right away.
For non-conforming items, take prompt containment measures.
Skills
Willingness to work in rotating shifts as per operational requirements.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
