Responsibilities

Keep track of allocated accounts, document attempts at collection, and settle payment disputes.
Establish trusting connections, respond to questions, and settle billing disagreements.
Create invoices, collection letters, and statements; keep thorough records.
Comply with business policies and keep up with industry rules.
Collaborate with the team handling accounts receivable and other departments to address problems and enhance procedures.
