We are hiring Non-Voice candidates for Medical Billing and Dental Billing job openings.
Freshers Welcome
Complete Medical / Dental Billing training will be provided for selected fresher candidates.
Training Duration: 60 days
Stipend/Salary: Monthly salary during training

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle international non-voice processes such as medical billing, dental billing, claims processing, payment posting, insurance claims, denial management, and AR follow-up.
Work on US healthcare projects with focus on RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) operations.
Perform accurate documentation and maintain process-related records.
Ensure quality, productivity, and client service standards are consistently met.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and workflow accuracy.
Support process delivery with strong communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers
2025 and 2026 UG passed-out candidates only are eligible.
Candidates should be willing to undergo training in medical billing, dental billing, claims processing, payment posting, insurance claims, and AR analytics.
Good English communication and basic computer knowledge are required.
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
Experienced Candidates
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in Medical Billing or Dental Billing is required.
Good working knowledge in areas such as charge entry, payment posting, claim submission, denial management, AR follow-up, eligibility verification, and accounts receivable processes will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in US healthcare RCM process, insurance handling, and client process compliance will have an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with productivity and quality targets is expected.
Strong understanding of process accuracy, turnaround time, and claim resolution workflow is preferred.
Experience in handling client requirements, reporting, and team coordination will be an additional advantage.
