Job Description
Responsibilities
to use the resources at hand to analyze and make phone calls on allocated or outstanding AR.
making use of all accessible resources to move the case to the next stage of settlement, which could lead to a payment, a revised submission, an appeal, a patient transfer, or an adjustment.
to notify the immediate reporting manager of any trends or patterns in denials, incorrect claim submissions, problems with credentials, and billing-related obstacles.
to fulfill the set production and quality SLAs (service level agreements).
to update the calls' or analyses' findings in the billing system in a comprehensible and straightforward manner.
To make use of and remain informed about modifications made to the P & Ps
to enhance performance in light of the reporting manager's and quality audit team's input.
