Job Description
Responsibilities
Create and carry out the overall strategy and goals of the Moulding Department, making sure they are in line with the company's production targets, quality standards, and client demands.
Establish and uphold reliable work instructions, process parameters, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a range of moulding equipment and materials.
Supervise the upkeep, fixing, and best use of injection moulds.
Address quality issues, carry out in-depth root cause analysis, and put effective solutions into place in close collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
Effectively control the department's raw material and completed product inventory levels.

Skills
Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Tamil (essential for local team management and communication).

Role: HOD - Moulding
Experience: 8 to 10 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
Salary: Based on Company Norms
