We are seeking a meticulous and analytical QA Analyst to join our growing medical billing team in Chennai. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our medical billing processes and data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical billing regulations, coding standards (CPT, ICD-10), payer guidelines, and quality assurance methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of medical billing processes, ensuring adherence to accuracy and compliance standards within the Indian context.
Analyze billing data to identify trends, errors, and areas for potential improvement.
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols tailored to our operations in Chennai.
Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice from Indian payers.
Monitor and analyze payer reimbursement patterns and contractual agreements relevant to India.

What you Need:
Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding.
Expertise in insurance claim processing, denial management, and appeals processes relevant to Indian payers.
Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in India.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex billing data.
