Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNC Setter to join our team. As a CNC Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our CNC machines by setting up and configuring them for production runs.

What you will do:
Set up and operate CNC machines according to work orders and engineering drawings.
Select and install the appropriate tools, fixtures, and workholding devices.
Load and unload raw materials onto the CNC machine.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.

What we need:
Strong experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
Experience with various measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

Qualification: Diploma / BE in MEch
Location: In and Around Chennai
