Job Description
Responsibilities:
Examine market trends for paint technology and surface finishing, then suggest and put into practice new procedures or technologies to improve the calibre and effectiveness of the final product.
Assure efficient use and scheduling of ovens, spray guns, paint booths, and other paint shop equipment.
Make ensuring that internal quality management procedures and pertinent industry standards are followed.
Encourage cross-training across department employees to create a workforce that is adaptable.
To find and reduce possible risks, conduct routine safety audits and risk assessments inside the department.
Contract negotiations: Verify that the terms agreed upon are being followed.

Skills:
familiarity with spectrophotometry, colour theory, and colour matching.
knowledge of surface finishing-related quality control instruments and procedures.
knowledge of robots and automation in a paint shop environment.

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
