Job Description
To join our expanding team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven HR executive. Supporting our staff and creating a healthy work atmosphere will be key responsibilities of this position. From hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you will be in charge of a variety of HR-related tasks.
What you will do:
Recruit and onboard new employees
Manage employee relations and resolve any employee concerns
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment
What we need:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HR software and databases
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
