Job Description
Focus: Emphasize the primary skills of CNC machine operation, precision measurement, and adherence to technical specifications within the specific context of Chennai's manufacturing environment.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you ll Do:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) prevalent in our Chennai facility to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications relevant to our local production needs.
Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders, understanding the specific machining requirements for components manufactured in Chennai.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including lubrication and cleaning, and troubleshoot minor operational issues, following our Chennai facility's maintenance schedule.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with the safety regulations of our Chennai manufacturing site.

What you need:
Proficiency in using a wide range of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Knowledge of various cutting tools and machining parameters relevant to materials processed in Chennai.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills to address minor operational issues.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality machined parts.
