What you ll Do:
Power sources, gas cylinders, wires/electrodes, and associated accessories need all be set up for welding.
Before welding, help fit and assemble metal parts to guarantee correct alignment and joint preparation.
Find and notify the supervisor or QA team of any non-conforming welds or material problems.
To reduce exposure to gases and fumes, make sure the welding area has adequate ventilation.
Notify the supervisor right away of any equipment issues or maintenance needs..
