Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Java Developers to join our development team. Key Responsibilities:
Work with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques.
Assist in the integration of Java applications with back-end systems and databases.
Write unit tests to ensure the functionality of developed applications.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, and Data Structures.
Basic understanding of JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus.
Understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Internship or project experience in Java development is a plus but not mandatory.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
