Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Ecommerce Transaction Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile ecommerce transactions, including sales, returns, refunds, and payments processed through multiple gateways to ensure financial accuracy.

2. Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in ecommerce financial data, ensuring that all inconsistencies are addressed promptly to maintain financial integrity.

3. Financial Records & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports related to ecommerce activities, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and up-to-date for review.

4. Closing Processes Assistance: Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring ecommerce financial data is properly recorded and aligned with overall financial statements.

5. Collaboration with Ecommerce Team: Work closely with the ecommerce team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial transactions, facilitating clear communication between departments.

6. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable for ecommerce-related activities, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time.
