Responsibilities

2. Follow-Up on Outstanding Claims: Perform persistent follow-ups with insurance companies to monitor and resolve outstanding claims.
3. Payment Handling: Accurately handle and process payment information once claims are approved.
4. Claim Rejection Analysis: Analyze claim rejections, resolve issues, and take necessary corrective actions.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables adhere to quality benchmarks and company standards.
6. Insurance Eligibility Verification: Proficiently verify patient insurance eligibility to ensure claim accuracy.
