In order to produce metallic and non-metallic components with exceptional accuracy and quality while closely following technical drawings and standards, you will be in charge of operating and maintaining lathe equipment. For the production of numerous parts and tools that are vital pieces of our machinery and products, this position is required. Strong technical aptitude, an acute attention to detail, and a dedication to quality and safety in a fast-paced industrial setting are characteristics of the perfect candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
To get the appropriate dimensions and surface finish, change the machine's feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.
Recognise dimensional tolerances, surface finish requirements, and material parameters.
Sort parts into those that comply and those that don't, and report any discrepancies.
Workpieces should be loaded and unloaded from the lathe safely and effectively.
Find and notify the supervisor right once of any wear and tear, machine faults, or safety issues.

What you Need:
Good understanding of different metal properties and cutting parameters.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for machining challenges.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
