Responsibilities
In charge of handling any equipment-related issues relating to assembly and testing.
Make sure there is as little downtime as possible to reach the desired production levels in the allotted time.
Examine the patterns of machine downtime in coordination with pertinent departments to ensure ongoing enhancements.
Arrange and carry out preventive maintenance tasks for all accessories and equipment connected to assemblies.
Continue to update the records and follow the preventative maintenance programme.
In charge of calibrating all instruments, gauges, and test and measurement apparatus.
