Job Description
Coordinate and supervise production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to optimize production workflows and resolve technical issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production failures and improve overall process efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and production reports.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in MECH, EEE, ECE, AUTO
Salary: From 18K per month
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job
