JOB FOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER BANC ASSURANCE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 3-5 Federal Bank.
• Build long term relationship with the bank staff & clients by responding appropriately to all bank/client queries.
• Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff & ensure complete success in implementation of the same.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.
• Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
• Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate / Post graduate with 1 - 3 yrs experience in Banc assurance Channel /Direct Marketing/Distribution Sales/Any other into BFSI Industry.
• Age between 23 – 35 yrs.
• Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills.
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
• Interpersonal & Influential Skills.
