Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Configure, run, and keep an eye on VTL machines to manufacture parts according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
Workpieces should be loaded and unloaded onto and off the VTL using the proper lifting equipment.
To create complex components, carry out a variety of machining operations, such as turning, facing, boring, and grooving.
Verify part dimensions and tolerances during in-process inspections by employing precision measuring tools (such as dial indicators, micrometres, and callipers).
Skills:
demonstrated proficiency with VTL machines and a solid grasp of machining concepts.
the capacity to read and comprehend intricate job instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
basic knowledge of programming in M-code and G-code (recommended).
the capacity to carry out repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time.
