You will be in charge of all paint shop equipment and related utilities, including thorough maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement. Responsibilities:
Diagnose and fix complicated paint shop machinery-specific mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
Help with line balance and paint application and curing process cycle time optimisation.
Determine which paint shop equipment spare parts are essential, manage inventory levels, and work with procurement to ensure prompt availability.
Keep up with all licenses and certifications required for paint shop operations.
Give technicians instruction and direction on new tools and processes.

Qualification:
Understanding of paint material properties and their impact on equipment and maintenance.
Familiarity with PLC/HMI troubleshooting related to paint shop automation is a strong plus.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
