Responsibilities:
Install and run Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs) in accordance with work orders, specifications, and designs.
To guarantee surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy, enter and modify machine offsets and parameters.
To ensure first-piece quality and conformance to specifications, conduct trial runs and make the required modifications.
Verify that the VMC machine is running effectively and safely.
Carry out routine machine upkeep, including lubricating and cleaning parts.
Keep an eye on tool wear and swap out broken or worn-out tools as necessary.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and VMC operation.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in using various precision measuring instruments.
Hands-on experience with tool selection, installation, and adjustment.

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
