Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Chennai-based AR Caller, your job will be to follow up on medical claims that have been refused, underpaid, or unpaid by placing outbound calls to insurance companies in the US. Resolving billing issues, determining the causes of non-payment, and ensuring prompt refund will be your main goals. This position will greatly improve your ability to negotiate, communicate persuasively, and think critically. In order to actively support our clients' cash flow and financial success, you will acquire a comprehensive understanding of various US insurance payer procedures, denial management tactics, and efficient claim settlement methodologies.

Skills:
familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
the capacity to use and navigate a range of medical billing software and payer interfaces.
strong bargaining, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
