Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ascertain that all installations adhere to company specifications, safety regulations, and electrical codes.
Make prompt and efficient repairs, replacements, and modifications to malfunctioning wiring, circuit breakers, relays, and other electrical devices.
Electrical components should be cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted for best operation.
Help with basic troubleshooting of I/O modules and PLC logic.
Junior technicians or apprentices should receive technical support and direction.
Skills:
understanding of actuators, sensors, and motor control circuits.
It is advantageous to have knowledge of power electronics.
Basic computer skills are necessary to access technical instructions and log data.
