Job Description
Focus: In a fast-paced metal fabrication or manufacturing setting in Chennai, place a strong emphasis on practical MIG welding skills, blueprint interpretation, weld quality assurance, and rigorous adherence to safety regulations.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you ll Do:
Use mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium to perform superior MIG welding on a variety of metal parts and structures.
Carry out simple fitting, deburring, grinding, and cleaning on welded parts.
Use measuring instruments such as gauges, tape measures, and callipers to perform simple dimensional inspections on welded items.
Follow the 5S guidelines to keep your welding workplace neat, orderly, and secure.
Make sure that safe operating procedures and appropriate machine guarding are observed.

What you need:
Proficiency in setting up and adjusting MIG welding machines for various applications.
Skilled in using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of weld inspection criteria and common welding defects.
