Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM) to control the movements of VMC machines
Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to create accurate and efficient CNC programs, considering factors such as material properties, tolerances, and surface finishes.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolants to optimize machining performance, minimize cycle times, and ensure high-quality part production
Skills:
strong ability to program CNCs utilising CAD/CAM software.
extensive familiarity with M-code and G-code programming.
strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, and machining procedures.
the capacity to read and decipher blueprints and engineering drawings.
