    We are looking for Immediate Joiners or 15 days Notice Period Candidates can apply for this job.
    Designation: HR Executive
    Salary: as per Company Norms
    Responsibilities
    Hiring Process Oversight: Oversee the entire hiring process, including mass hiring campaigns.
    Onboarding Management: Organize and lead the onboarding process for new employees.
    Campus Placements: Plan and execute campus placement efforts with educational institutions.
    Recruitment Events: Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
    Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and potential candidates.
    Onboarding Experience: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and help new hires acclimate to the company culture.
    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all hiring activities and provide regular updates to the HR manager.
    Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest hiring and talent acquisition strategies and trends.

    Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
