Job Description
We are looking to add a proactive, results-driven AR Caller to our team that handles medical billing. The ideal applicant will be able to follow up on unresolved claims with effectiveness, have a solid grasp of medical billing procedures, and have good communication and negotiation skills. To settle billing disputes and guarantee prompt payment for services provided, you will be in charge of getting in touch with patients and insurance companies.

Duties:
To settle any inconsistencies and find out the status of unpaid claims, call insurance firms.
Call patients to discuss and settle unpaid amounts, provide billing information, and establish payment schedules.
Examine claim denials to find patterns and underlying reasons.
Create and submit appeals for claims that have been rejected, making sure that the necessary supporting paperwork is included and that payer policies are followed.
Keep thorough and well-organised records of every AR activity, including letters, call logs, and updates on the status of claims.
