Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Production Execution:
- Follow the production plan to execute daily activities effectively, ensuring that production targets are met.
- Monitor production processes and workflow to optimize efficiency and output.

2. Quality Management:
- Conduct quick analyses of quality issues and implement corrective actions to address problems.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.

3. Training and Development:
- Execute training programs for team members to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes and safety protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

4. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):
- Implement TPM practices in the designated zone to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Work with maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure equipment is well-maintained.

5. Compliance and Standards:
- Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in all production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Follow RNAIPL safety rules and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

6. Safety Training:
- Train team members on safety protocols and best practices, ensuring a clear understanding of safety measures and their importance.
- Promote a safety-first culture within the team, emphasizing adherence to safety guidelines and practices.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and their application in production settings.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities to execute training and safety initiatives effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and fostering a culture of safety within the team.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Salary: From 18K per Month
