We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Engineer for Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on significant business opportunities, cultivating high-level client relationships, and driving substantial revenue growth within the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, exceptional sales and negotiation acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding business development targets in a technical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans and initiatives to achieve revenue growth targets within the manufacturing sector in Chennai and South India.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, industry events, and targeted outreach within the Chennai manufacturing ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target manufacturing companies in Chennai and the region.
Conduct thorough needs analysis of potential clients to understand their requirements and position our manufacturing solutions effectively.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations that clearly articulate our value proposition and competitive advantages to prospective clients in Chennai.

What you Need:
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
Experience in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases that clearly articulate our value proposition to potential clients in Chennai and beyond.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Understanding of contract negotiation and legal aspects of business development in India.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
