Job Description
Responsibilities
In the role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. You'll review and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates for HR roles, create and manage job postings, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will guide candidates through the recruitment process, assist with onboarding, and maintain the recruitment database. Additionally, you'll conduct market research to inform strategies, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and engage in continuous learning to enhance your HR skills.
