Knee Physiotherapy Online Course Certified Practitioner Training Program

The Intuitive Performance Knee practitioner training program will prepare physiotherapists and rehabilitation practitioners with a systematic body of knowledge and skills related to the assessment and rehabilitation of knee injury through an asynchronous learning environment. Specifically, the course includes modules related to knee anatomy, knee biomechanics, knee functional assessments and differential diagnosis for knee injuries such as ACL tears, meniscal injuries, patellofemoral pain and osteoarthritis. The participants will have access to evidence-based manual therapy approaches including joint mobilisation techniques, muscle energy techniques and soft-tissue release techniques, as well as, corrective exercise programming to regain function and maximise recovery. Online lectures led by experts in knee rehabilitation will enhance the theoretical knowledge, clinical reasoning and skills associated with integrated/appropriately applied rehabilitation in the context of knee injury rehabilitation. Additionally, the course includes quizzes/case studies/assignments to reinforce learning and to increase the practitioner s practical abilities and skills. After successfully completing the course, the therapists will earn certification in knee physiotherapy, improving their professional credibility, clinical competence and usefulness in clinical positions in public and private physiotherapy clinics, sports injury therapy centres and orthopedic rehabilitation clinics.
