Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lathe Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of lathe operations, programming, and maintenance, with a strong focus on precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

Responsibility:
Configure and run manual or CNC lathes to carry out a variety of turning tasks.
Create and alter CNC programs with CAM and G-code software.
Choose and install the proper work holding devices, fixtures, and cutting tools.
Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools, such as gauges, callipers, and micrometres.
Maintain lathes and other equipment on a regular basis.
Diagnose and fix problems with the electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In and Around Chennai
