Responsibilities
Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits of medical billing and coding accuracy.
Data Review: Review medical records, claims, and other relevant documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Coding Audits: Audit the accuracy and appropriateness of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Denial Analysis: Analyze denied claims to identify and address root causes of denials.
Compliance Audits: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.
