Job Description
To join our medical billing team, we are looking for a Payment Posting Executive who is thorough and detail-oriented. The ideal applicant will be in charge of maintaining the integrity of financial data, accurately recording payments from patients and insurance companies, and assisting with the revenue cycle process as a whole.
Duties:
Post insurance company and patient payments into the practice management system with accuracy.
To guarantee correct payment posting and spot any inconsistencies or denials, interpret and examine EOBs and ERAs.
Recognise and follow payer-specific policies and procedures while processing payments.
Work together with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to address underpayments and payment denials.
Assure data accuracy and adherence to HIPAA rules.
