Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Head of the Maintenance Department based in Chennai, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive maintenance strategy, overseeing all maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, corrective), and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all plant machinery and equipment. This strategic leadership role will leverage your deep expertise in maintenance management systems, advanced maintenance techniques, and team leadership within the Chennai industrial context. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing best practices, driving a culture of proactive maintenance, optimizing maintenance budgets, and building a high-performing maintenance team to support our production goals

Skills:
expertise in cost control, resource allocation optimisation, and maintenance budget management.
demonstrated aptitude for successfully implementing and overseeing a computerised maintenance management system, or CMMS.
Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to assemble a cooperative, productive maintenance crew in Chennai.

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
Qualification: BE in Mech / ECE
