Job Description
Your Impact:
seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Quality (QC) Department. Reporting to AGM, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust quality control system to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. You will lead the QC team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of quality excellence across the manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall quality control strategy and objectives for our manufacturing operations in Chennai, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) Department, providing clear direction, setting performance expectations, and fostering a culture of quality excellence within the Chennai team.
Establish and maintain a robust quality management system that ensures product quality, process compliance, and adherence to relevant standards and regulations in Chennai and beyond.
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions for all stages of the manufacturing process.
Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product inspection, ensuring adherence to established standards.
What you Need:
Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and local statutory compliance in Tamil Nadu.
Experience in implementing and managing sophisticated inspection technologies and equipment.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC function, leveraging data-driven approaches.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a collaborative and high-performing QC team in Chennai.
Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
